I had Realflight 7.5 with the corded transmitter that I gave to my nephew and I bought a new Realflight 7.5 with the Transmitter adapter to hook up to my Taranis. I has transferred my old copy of RF to my nephew and I'd like to input the serial number for the new RF I bought onto my existing RF installation. Is there a way to do that? Aug 17, 2014 As it turned out I did not have to register the program online through the RF7 website in order to get the updates. All I had to do was update my version through the installed program being I had internet service on the PC RF7 was loaded on. All is working like it should. I'll be able to spend more time getting to know RF7 once winter comes.
Once your information has been verified, we will reset the registration. You can then re-register with a new password.
Please note: Horizon Hobby can only reset the registration for the current registered owner. If you received RealFlight secondhand, the original owner will need to grant permission to clear his/her information from the registration. Alternatively, we can accept a verifiable receipt for a secondhand purchase (handwritten receipts cannot be accepted). You can email (rfsupport@greatplanes.com) or fax (217-398-7721) your receipt to Horizon Hobby Software Support with the serial number for the software.
